Model Atlas is designed and developed by Makio. You can use it without an account.

What stays in your browser

Saved models and your theme are kept in this browser’s local storage. They are not sent to a server or synced to an account; clearing site data removes them. A shared link contains only the filters and model identifiers visible in its address.

Site analytics

We use Makio Analytics, hosted at a.makio.app, to understand how the site is used: page views, clicks, searches, outbound links, scroll depth and time on page. A session identifier is kept in session storage. Raw IP addresses are not stored; hashed identifiers are used for visitor counts and abuse prevention. Events are kept for up to 400 days.

There is no Google Analytics and no advertising tracker. Analytics is separate from the model data and from your saved models.

External sources

Model data comes from Artificial Analysis, DeepSWE, OpenRouter and Models.dev. Following a link to one of them takes you to that service, where its own privacy policy applies.
